List and brief description of conditions:

4.1. Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti

4.1.1. Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovaraju?i registar u dr?avi njegova poslovnog nastana.

Za potrebe utvrđivanja gore navedenog, gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:

― ispunjeni eESPD obrazac u kojem mora biti popunjeno: ispunjeni eESPD obrazac u dijelu IV. Kriteriji za odabir gospodarskog subjekta, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti, za ponuditelja i ?lana zajednice gospodarskih subjekata, to?ka 1.).

Naru?itelj ?e prije dono?enja odluke o odabiru od ponuditelja koji je dostavio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatra?iti da u primjerenom roku, ne kra?em od 5 (pet) dana, dostavi a?urirane popratne dokumente kojim dokazuje uvjete sposobnosti, osim ako ve? posjeduje te dokumente:

― izvadak iz sudskog, obrtnog ili drugog odgovaraju?eg registra koji se vodi u dr?avi ?lanici njegova poslovnog nastana.

Sukladno ?l. 20. st.3. Pravilnika o Dokumentaciji o nabavi te ponudi u postupcima javne nabave (NN 65/17) je propisano da se smatra da naru?itelj posjeduje a?urirane popratne dokumente ako istim ima izravan pristup elektroni?kim sredstvima komunikacije putem besplatne nacionalne baze podataka na jeziku iz ?l. 280.st.2. ZJN-a 2016 ili putem EOJN-a RH.

Sukladno ?lanku 20. stavak 2. Pravilnika o Dokumentaciji o nabavi te ponudi u postupcima javne nabave (NN 65/17) a?urirani popratni dokument je svaki dokument u kojem su sadr?ani podaci va?e?i, odgovaraju stvarnom ?injeni?nom stanju u trenutku dostave naru?itelju te dokazuju ono ?to je gospodarski subjekt naveo u eESPD-u.

4.1.2. Va?e?e suglasnosti za obavljanje stru?nih poslova iz podru?ja za?tite okoli?a i prirode sukladno Zakonu o za?titi okoli?a, Zakonu o za?titi prirode i Pravilniku o uvjetima za izdavanje suglasnosti pravnim osobama za obavljanje stru?nih poslova za?tite okoli?a.

Za potrebe utvrđivanja gore navedenog, gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:

― ispunjeni ESPD obrazac (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir, odjeljak A Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti, to?ka 1.) za ponuditelja i ?lana zajednice gospodarskih subjekata).

Naru?itelj ?e prije dono?enja odluke o odabiru od ponuditelja koji je dostavio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatra?iti da u primjerenom roku, ne kra?em od 5 (pet) dana, dostavi a?urirane popratne dokumente kojim dokazuje uvjete sposobnosti, osim ako ve? posjeduje te dokumente:

― Suglasnost za stru?ne poslove izrade strate?kih studija utjecaja strategije, plana i programa na okoli? - sukladno ?lanku 40. stavcima 1. i 2. podto?ka 1. i 3., i ?lanku 42. zakona o za?titi okoli?a.

― Suglasnost za stru?ne poslove izrade poglavlja i studija ocjene prihvatljivosti strategija, plana i programa za ekolo?ku mre?u - sukladno ?lanku 49. zakona o za?titi prirode

Sukladno ?l. 20. st. 3.
